Nami accepts returns when the wrong type or model is delivered, the quantity is short, or the packaging is torn, peeling or broken. Report to Nami within 48 hours of receipt.
Check on delivery
Check the goods as soon as they arrive and record a video while opening the carton or pack.
Report within 48 hours
Contact Nami within 48 hours of receipt, with photos or video and proof of purchase.
Return within 7 days
Send the goods back to Nami within 7 days (bring them to MICHA MARKET or send by post).
1. Return conditions
- Wrong type or model compared with the confirmed order.
- Short quantity or incomplete set compared with the order.
- Packaging torn, peeling or broken on receipt.
- Proof of purchase and an unboxing video are available.
2. Time limits
- Report within 48 hours of receipt (short quantity, damaged packaging).
- Send the goods back to Nami within 7 days.
3. How to return
Bring the goods to MICHA MARKET (93 Vanh Dai Tay, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), or send them by post following the instructions Nami gives when confirming your return.
